The new techniques that are in place for cultural institutions are Drive in movie theaters or social distancing while watching sporting events is a safe way for people to gather with distance.

Now that events are virtual this is an opportunity for some institutions to reach a larger base. Museums have moved to online gallery shows and presentations, musical artists are performing virtually and television shows, sporting events and theme parks have new procedures. Local events are able to expand the location of their audience and viewers by increasing their presence online.

Virtual story reading is beneficial for youth, young adults and older adults who are learning or spening time reading at home. It is great to see institutions taking a positive approach to cope with the pandemic.
